Refund policy

We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return Contact us at hello@pawsomelife.com.au with your order number and reason for return and we'll provide return instructions specific to your order. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect so we can make it right. Email us at hello@pawsomelife.com.au with a photo of the issue within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Exceptions For hygiene reasons, used pet dental and grooming products cannot be returned unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described. All other products are eligible for return within 30 days.

Exchanges The easiest way to exchange a product is to return your original item and place a new order once the return is accepted. Contact us at hello@pawsomelife.com.au and we'll guide you through the process.

Refunds We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@pawsomelife.com.au.
