Thank you for shopping with Pawsome Life. We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship Australia-wide. We do not ship internationally at this time. We are working on expanding to New Zealand — sign up to our email list to be notified when this becomes available.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods such as sales events and public holidays.
Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 7-14 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on all orders over $60 Australia-wide
- Flat rate $7.95 on all orders under $60
Order Tracking
Every Pawsome Life order includes tracking. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order. If you experience any issues with your tracking information please contact us at hello@pawsomelife.com.au and we will assist you promptly.
Shipping Delays
Pawsome Life is not liable for shipping delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@pawsomelife.com.au and we will investigate immediately.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Pawsome Life is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at hello@pawsomelife.com.au — we will do our best to update it before your order is dispatched but cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@pawsomelife.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@pawsomelife.com.au and we will work with the carrier to locate your parcel.
